General Information
All prices on this web site are in U.S. Dollars. We do everything we can to be "green" to our environment. We recycle packaging, boxes, wrapping, and padding whenever we can. We will always try to use used and recycled materials for shipping whenever we can. We will not use subpar or damaged packing materials though. We pack everything as if we were on the receiving end of the shipment. We want it to get there in the exact same condition it left our warehouse in. So, though you most likely won't receive your products in a shiny new cardboard box with all new packing materials, there should be no difference in product quality.

Shipping and Handling Methods
For U.S. orders, packages are shipped via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The customer can choose whichever courier and method they prefer. For Canadian orders, packages are now only shipped via USPS Priority Mail International due to Canadian customers not paying the brokerage and custom fees that they were responsible fo. If you require a different shipping method, please contact us first to work something out. We can no longer accept being forced to pay brokerage fees because customers don't.  For all other countries, packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International and UPS Worldwide Expedited. All packages are shipped from our fulfillment center in Palm Bay, Florida. We do not use any Saturday/Sunday service options so business days are considered Mondays - Fridays, excluding holidays.  If you are local to our area (or traveling through), local pickup or delivery can be arranged. Prior arrangement is required if you are not physically located locally. If you are physically local you will automatically be given the option of "local pickup" at no cost when checking out. You will still need to contact us before pickup or delivery can be made.

Shipping and Handling Rates
Shipping and handling for orders under $150 is based on the total weight of your order, and is calculated at the checkout screen for your review before submitting your order.  Domestic orders to the 48 contiguous states over $150 will have the option of free economy shipping and will be sent via courier of our choice. Customers can still choose other shipping methods for those orders over $150 if they prefer (for example to get faster delivery) but those shipping options will be at customer's expense. International orders over $150 will receive a $10 discount on shipping cost. "Specials" priced items are excluded from the free shipping offer as part of the $150. If they are included with an order including over $150 in regular priced products it will ship for free with them.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect 6% sales tax from all Florida residents. This will be calculated automatically during checkout using the customers supplied address.

Order Shipping and Stock Availability
An order will not ship until all items are in stock. In stock items will be held for customer until all items arrive at our warehouse. If customer would like to split orders up to have in-stock items ship early normal shipping costs will be incurred for each shipment.

We ship orders as quickly as we can. Our goal is to ship orders received before 2pm EST the same day. Sometimes this is not possible due to events beyond our control (e.g. We receive a large group of orders at the same time, shipping department illnesses, stock unavailability, hurricanes since we are located in Florida, etc). We will do everything within our power to get in stock items shipped within 1-2 business days. Also, please be aware that USPS is different from Fedex and UPS in that we do not have package pickup from our bay and must deliver them to the post office. This may delay the shipment by a day or so in rare cases.

We do our best to keep all stock quantities up to date. Our system manages stock removal when someone physically completes an order process. Therefor it is possible for 2 people to have a single remaining item in their carts at the same time and the first to complete the checkout process would get it. In the unlikely event this were to happen you should be notified at the checkout process screens that an item is now out of stock. As we also have local sales and event sales, out stock numbers can also be out of sync temporarily. If you order an item that the system tells you is in stock and it turns out to be out-of-stock we will contact you as soon as we can to work it out to your satisfaction.

Returns
Please contact us before returning any item. We will accept returns of new unopened (shrink wrap must be intact) merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. Unless the return is due to a fault of ours, customers are responsible for shipping costs on any returns, and will be refunded the purchase price along with any sales tax. Shipping charges will not be refunded. After we have received the returned item refunds may take up to two business days to process.

If a new game has missing or damaged game components, please contact the game's publisher first. They are generally very helpful and willing to resolve any production problems. To find their contact information, please visit their website, which is normally found in the right-hand column of the game's information page on our website. If the publisher is unable or unwilling to help you, please feel free to contact us.

If your scratch-and-dent game has damaged game components, please contacts us. Sometime it may be hard to tell that the contents are damaged, and we do not intentionally sell a game with damaged components.

Used games are sold as-is and are described in as clear a manner as possible. If you feel we have not described the item correctly please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Before returning an item, please email us to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. In the email, please include your name, the email address of your Get Your Fun On account, your order number, the name of the game you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will not accept any returns without an RMA number.
 

 Availability Dates for Pre-Orders and Restocks

We do our best to stay in contact with distributors and publishers on the estimated arrival dates of new and reprinted products. We maintain the latest date that we have received on our web pages. We have no control over the actual dates and can not be held responsible for those dates not exactly being met by said publishers and or distributors.

Scratch and Dent Ratings
First off, we will never knowingly sell any game with damaged components. The only damage we will allow to be sold is cosmetic damage to the box and possibly to the insert. As we can't open the shrinkwrap to verify damage to be 100% sure, we will do our best to judge from the outside. We will use our S&D Rating as a standard and will also describe anything that we can. Here is the ratings:

  • A Damage - Such minor damage you might not be able to even find it. might even just be a rip in the plasticwrap that doesnt even scratch the box.
  • B Damage - A slightly dinged corner, a tiny edge ding or crease, small scratches that are in the box. less than an inch long.
  • C Damage - mashed corner, a small crease in a cover of less than 3 inches. A decent ding to an edge. This will be noticable damage if looking.
  • D Damage - Smashed corner that most likely extends to a bit of damage to the insert inside. Creasing or edge dings that actual caused some small splitting of box edge seam.
  • E Damage - Box is pretty heavily damaged but still reasonably sound in structure.
  • F Damage - Did someone stomp on this thing? Honestly the box is probably totalled. The game is still fully playable but be prepared to do some heavy taping to hold the box together. In fact, your game will probably be in a bag inside the shipping carton when it arrives.
